Independent supportive living at Charlotte Villa

Independent Living at Charlotte Villa is for those who seek the joys of community engagement and fulfillment without having to worry about the burden of household maintenance such as cooking, cleaning and yard work. For those that think they might need extra care, either now or down the road, the Independent Living plan includes the option to add “a la carte” supportive services through our Levante Thrive for Wellness program. This program allows our residents to partner with healthcare professionals to manage issues unique to them.

Assisted living at Charlotte Villa

Charlotte Villa Retirement Residence offers assisted living options for those needing extra help with day-to-day activities. Assisted living includes all the elements of independent living with the addition of additional support. Assisted living often includes medication management, and assistance with daily tasks like dressing, bathing, and grooming.

Respite and convalescent care at Charlotte Villa

With an uncompromising attention to individualized needs, Charlotte Villa is a comfortable and safe place to stay after some time in the hospital.

Or, take a break from the cooking and cleaning and come for a short stay.
