Independent supportive living at Heritage Lodge

Independent Living at Heritage Lodge is for those who seek the joys of community engagement and fulfillment without having to worry about the burden of household maintenance such as cooking, cleaning and yard work. For those that think they might need extra care, either now or down the road, the Independent Living plan includes the option to add “a la carte” supportive services through our Levante Thrive for Wellness program. This program allows our residents to partner with healthcare professionals to manage issues unique to them.

Short-term and respite care at Heritage Lodge

With an uncompromising attention to individualized needs, Heritage Lodge is a comfortable and safe place to stay after some time in the hospital.

Or, take a break from the cooking and cleaning and come for a short stay. You will receive all the benefits of our Independent Living program, in a fully furnished suite, including all meals and activities.
